Making Online Ordering Personal

These days, ordering online has become routine for many.  You can order shoes, books, electronics, furniture, cookware, linens, contacts, wine, pizza, subs and much more.  Some people love it and wouldn't think of conducting business another way.  (Hard to beat shopping in your PJ's!)

For others, shopping online may be limited to certain types of purchases.  Maybe they prefer trying their clothes on before buying, but have no problem ordering that television or computer.  Maybe they would rather consult with a sales person directly regarding a mobile phone purchase, but have no problem ordering their pizza online from Pizza Hut or their sub from Jimmy John's.

Then there are others out there who prefer not to buy anything online.  Maybe because it's not personal, because of privacy concerns or maybe they just like the feeling of making direct contact with the product and the retail staff.

What we've learned is that this is a people business.  Many of our customers like connecting directly with us, either by phone, email or online chat.  And we like hearing from them.  We are always happy to make suggestions regarding restaurants, caterers or menu items.

When to send the form to us?
If you order is for the next day, we ask that you send it prior to 6 PM (at the latest.....earlier if it's a breakfast order!).  As you know, the earlier you send it to us the more likely your preferred restaurant or caterer will be available.

Two Features on the My Account Page

One is new and one has been around for a little while, but you may not have noticed.  Let us know if you find these features helpful!

1. This one has been around for a few months.  Next to Placed Order History, you will see a link labeled Click Here for Full Order History.  When you click on that link, your entire order history will pop up in a separate window.  From there you can view any order you've placed.

PLEASE NOTE: When you click on the order number, the order will open in the same window.  To have it open in a separate window, right click on it and select Open Link in New Window.  Otherwise, you'll just need to hit the back button on your browser to get back to your order history table.

2. This one is brand new!  Next to Rewards Program on your My Account page, you will see a link labeled Click Here for Detailed History.  When you click there, your reward point history will pop up in a separate window.  So, now you can determine when you last redeemed and confirm that points were indeed added for your most recent order.  (And if you ever notice a problem - please let us know!)

PLEASE NOTE: Once again, clicking on the order number will open up the order in the same window.  Just hit the back button to return to the table OR right click on the order number to open the link up in a new window.
